As of April 2021, the National Living Wage and National Minimum Wage have changed.
The National Living Wage and the National Minimum wage rates are paid according to your age. Each year the government reviews and announces changes to the wages according to inflation rates. Apprentices are paid the “apprentice” wage if they are 19 or under and in the first year of their apprenticeship.
This year, the new wage rates are as follows:
