Reporting into the Executive Chef, the Pastry Head Chef will oversee the day to day production and service of all Pastry items for several outlets within the hotel including Banqueting, Wernher fine dining restaurant, Brasserie restaurant, Room Service and Lounge.
The role will also include stock control, rotas, and ordering. We are looking for a talented Chef to maintain the high standards and further develop and lead the team.

Key Skills & Attributes Required:
- Relevant experience in 4-5 Star kitchens.
- NVQ level 1&2 or similar. Level 3 beneficial.
- Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
- Good leadership skills and a team player.
- Large volume banqueting experience ideal.
- Well-rounded knowledge of pastry essential.
- Good communicator and teacher.
- Attention to detail.
Between £28,000 – £30,200 plus service charge (approximately £1800* per annum, *depended on sales) and annual bonus.
