The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations within the Country Club. Providing the highest quality of guest service in the Adams Brasserie, Adams Bar and 19th Bar to exceed expectations, ensure total guest satisfaction, maximise repeat custom and maintain quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our management team.
Key Skills & Attributes Required.
- Be able to demonstrate a successful career within restaurants which includes a sound knowledge of Food & Beverage, excellent customer care and management skills.
- Have excellent verbal communication skills, be highly organised, passionate and self-motivated.
- Will be enthusiastic, customer-focused and be able to work within deadlines.
- Have experience of managing a team and the ability to train, develop and motivate people to achieve the targets that will be set.
Between £27,000 – £29,500 plus service charge (approximately. £2,000* per annum. *Depended on sales) and annual bonus.
